Its third edition was broadcast live via YouTube and Channel 7 in Thailand. The organization is involve with some controversial like leeching National Directors of other well-known and more established pageant as well as recruiting candidates that are not appointed or national pageant winner of their respective countries. They are also known for accepting candidates even they are not resident or citizen of a certain country.

The current Miss Grand International is Anea Garcia of Dominican Republic who was crowned on 25 October 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand
